Re: Christmas Exchange????

Could we set a few more details for this please, perhaps the rough cost of materials for the ornament, a few preferred colours maybe? I am thinking about what to do and the ideas range dramatically in style and cost.....It doesn't take much but I am confused! Dilly Dally Dingle!!!!!! I would...

Re: Christmas Exchange????

That's ok.

I think the joining up date deadline should be Friday 16 September then we'd have enough time to make our card and Christmas Decoration.

I'll work out who's sending to who and make it so you we don't receive from the person we send to.

I'm looking forward to this now :)

Re: Two more strings of bunting

The blue one was for a customer who's having a blue themed birthday party. But I've made two strands so one has gone into my shop.

The more summery one I've also made two strands. One was given to my friend who's doing a Tea Party for her 90year old mother the other is going into my shop

Re: Yet ANOTHER attempt......

oh well done with keeping on with it. The best way is not too get too worried about holding things the 'right way' there are a few ways to hold a crochet hook and yarn all depending on what is the best for you. I change how I hold both all the time depending on how my fingers and wrist are and where...

Would anyone be interested in a Christmas Decoration and card exchange? You would only have to make one Christmas Decoration and Card to send to one person. You would make your Christmas decoration from any craft you like or combination of crafts if your like. The posting date would be 1st of Decemb...

Re: Very impressed and happy

I can't wait for it all to be completed but I won't be getting out my sewing machines until the conservatory is completed. With the window seat/craft cupboard finished, the next stage is the plaster board for the large remaining wall, then buying the flooring and getting it down. All the work tools/...

Re: What's everyone up to?

:( oh no you poor thing Melis. I hope you start to feel better soon. I saw Ab Fab on Wednesday as part of my birthday day out treat and it was funny. Really enjoyed it. To day I'm trying to finish sewing the lace onto the vintage fabric bunting I've made. I hope to get a bit further with the large j...
