Copic Class!

Postby DingleDel » Tue Mar 13, 2018 4:32 pm

Had a bit of a rubbish day, have been at hospital with my mum this morning! Got home and felt I needed some crafty time so I completed the first chapter of the freebie class over at Kit and Clowder.

Such fun but quite daunting all the same. LOL

More pics on my blog. xx

This member's freebie class also covers Pencils, so I am hoping to try out my Prismacolors on this one too. x

If you do ever give it a go Carolyn, please mention my name, I think they do some sort of referral scheme.

I didn't feel I could cope with doing both marker and pencil classes each month, although there is a slight price reduction for doing so against the cost of two individual classes. What I might do though is do a few months with markers and then perhaps swap....

I wasn't expecting the members freebie class, which gives instructions for both. Bonus...although I do need to look into paper supplies for my Prismacolor Pencils, especially if I want to print of digital images rather than stamp.

Not gong to stress about actually making anything yet, I am just going with the flow! lol

Your colouring in is stunning. I enjoy doing little bits of colouring on my cards. I did a little talk about using alcohol markers at the ladies group I go to and gave them a few pens to have a go. They seemed happy with their creations. It was very basic but some people had never heard about alcohol pens so it was a good starting point.

This morning I started the first chapter of the March class. So many new things to try, backgrounds, sky, rain, puddles, lighting...as well as including so much more detail in colouring the actual image.
Loving the colouring for the sake of just colouring, it is so what I need right now.

More details in my blog if you are interested.

Completed and blogged my second monthly class today. It was a bit scary putting the dark blue marker onto my image! :o

I believe there is a freebie class of some description being launched for the weekend. If anyone is interested, I will pop a link up when it is launched. x
