Here is my little chocolate hamper!
There are 4 sachets of mix in the mug, plus a big bag of Rocky Road and one of chocolate peppermint creams. The box I rescued from the cardboard recycling at my MIL flats!
The matching plate is behind but you can't really see it here -

Thanks - I am pleased with how it turned out.
Hope my chocoholic niece enjoys it - she has a spate of auditions coming up and then finals, so instant chocolate cake is probably needed!

I thought I would give this a try as a pudding today. I just used a small pyrex bowl. It was lovely and so light. Would have been perfect for three people, let alone one!!

I often used to do sponges in micro for Owen when he was younger - they come out like steamed puddings - yum. Like you say enough for 3
