The drawers are about 3" square, Clare. They took a bit of making but did the job when they were finished. A necklace went in one drawer and a bracelet to match went in the other with the little card.

Have had a go at designing tags to attach to the table flowers at my niece's reception!
They are having a music theme as they are both musicians, and each table is a composer. She found 6" high busts of composers on ebay so there will be one on each table with a tall black vase of flowers. The tags will be tied to the vases with raffia and they are 3-4 inches long.
I had a bit of carrier sheet failure when I was cutting this prototype, hence the gap in the lettering
I think Rachmaninov will be a challenge to fit in all the letters!!!

I can't see a gap? The tables will look stunning I think and your tags will finish them off brilliantly. what a clever idea.

The tags are great. Well done. Make sure you show us photos of the finished tables when the time comes.

The M is a bit wonky and there is a gap at the bottom of the O  Will make sure I stick the card to the carrier sheet more securely next time  I'm hoping for the longer names I can squish the letters up closer so the tags don't have to be too long!

Well I think it is splendid. I certainly don't think it looks wonky or 'gappy'!
