making card blanks from die cuts

I have made a card using a nestabilities die to create a shaped card blank, i have seen this done a few times on various blogs but some of the forum members may find it useful

Glad you liked the idea, i am going to have a play with a few other shapes this week and maybe some of my older geometric sizzix dies too... i will blog what i come up with!

This is one I did with scallopped rectangles. I decided to use glue on the left to stick the two sides together, rather than make sure that it was not cut by the die and thus folded.

i think gluing looks better with these sort of shapes as you get the whole shape IFKWIM rather than losing bits to the folds!
