Glues

Postby Carolyn » Sun Mar 11, 2012 10:45 am

Well not quite a gadget or gizmo - but just wondering what glues everyone used these days.

I am still using DS tape/pads and Aleenes Tacky glue for most items, along with glossy accents. I saw a video the other day sand someone was using Collall glue that was in a bottle. I did have a tube of this some time ago that I used for photos, but haveused it all now.

I use loads of that glue (collal photo glue) it is great for matting and layering, plenty of time to move thing around and easy to remove when you make a mistake. I use other glues as well it really depends on what I am doing.

Still use DST when needed, tacky glue, glossy accents, pinflair gel, hot glue gun, cool glue gun.....as I said it really just depends on the project!

I use that Collal all the time - its not photo glue, this one is permanent. The photo one will peel off after a time!

I don't use DST much at all, sometimes some of the really thin stuff for ribbon. The Collal is great is seems to give cards more body. I also like the little bit of movement its gives you to square things up.

I still use my ATG a lot but I also use a lot of Ayleen's Tacky glue and Glossy Accents for sticking on gems etc.
