wallet

So I watched this video

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvKIN6XRPpU

and liked the way that the join was inside the pocket.

and then i made this. need to add the popper on the outside, am going to change the placement of the see through pocket next time - but am please with initial results.

I did put wadding in between, and also iron on interfacing on the inside fabric. Just thinking might just do interfacing on both halves - next time and see what that is like.

I've quickly looked at the video. Need to watch it properly. Love what you have made.

well apart from the see through pocket - it was really easy, you could do velcro for the close . which would be easy too. You can make a normal pocket. just join along seam and turn inside out (no need to do the sides as these will be closed in the sewing of the sides. I would put the seam in the back not quite at the bottom, to give a neater finish.
