I have used quark in cold cheesecakes with gelatin years ago but it wouldn't be that creamy feel and taste that Sue described :lol:

As for this one --If you are going to do it, do it in style and I will leave you all to delete the last line :lol:

you ALL need to make one its so gorgeous

in fact I am offering to taste test them all - honest I really don't mind


Doug is going to make mine - he is a much better cook then me but we will do it in a flan case as I ma not keen on biscuit bases
