Love it. Which episode/date did the inspiration come from?

one of the early ones - charm pack one with lucy brennan, she cut the charm into 3 strips and then cut them into random sizes...will have a hunt

John presenter - but can't find it at the moment - I actually can't remember what she did with it in the end - a pin cushion maybe?

might hit on it later!

Forgot to say I used my bias maker that I bought ages ago, making bias binding seemed a faff and use a lot of fabric cutting diagonally, but didn't think about just straight if I have no curves to do

I think the same if I have to make binding but after the initial cutting on the bias, it does make lots of binding to use on projects. I bought some webbing to make handles on a bag but I might use it to bind the edges as well as it was quite cheap. (90p a metre).

I have bought bias binding from this seller - the pink that I sent for the tissue holder was from there:

good price

A nice straight strip was all I needed to make this little purse, so was simple and cheap. got bias makers from China sometime ago - so didn't pay that much for them :)
