Postby Carolyn » Thu Mar 23, 2017 10:55 pm

Beautiful. When you said a ring cushion, I thought you meant a cushion that was shaped like a ring, like a doughnut. I'm thinking, why do they NEED a doughnut cushion?

Hee hee, I must admit I didn't know what she wanted. I looked around etsy last night can see that they can never as big and 10 inches, so not sure what the 'common' thing is.

It depends really. Some time people use them to put their rings onto tied with little ribbons on dressing tables. Some are use for carrying a ring down the Aisle at a wedding by a Ring Bearer the best man then takes it off the cushion and passes it to the groom or if there are two ring he passes the other to the bride.

Those ones tend to be in white, ivory etc with lace and ribbons etc.
