I've just tried stamping with archival black and distress inks on a cork notice board, it was a tester one really, to see how the pads would fair on wood and cork.

As you can see though, they didn't do too bad, with a little tweaking i reckon you could produce a pretty funky board for your craft room. :D

The chequered stamps were a bit of overkill on it, but i was just checking how it stamped on cork. A better pattern on the cork with the inks could be a big improvement i think.
