HOT FIX CRYSTALS

Does anyone use a hot fix wand to attach crystals to cards and/or clothes, bags, etc? There seem to be two different ones - kandi kane and the swarovski one which seems to be more expensive. Are they any good - am looking for something to buy for my birthday and have fancied one for a while.

I use my KandiKane on almost every card I make and love it. I buy my crystals from a lady on Ebay and they are really reasonable if you get a good selection as she will combine postage.
