So as I said earlier I have been making some samples for Scrap Revolution using This

Now I was a little sceptical as these can be easily made by scoring 12" strips at regular intervals. However I have to say the die really did make life loads easier.

But to join in this challenge YOU DO NOT need the die - there are several tutorials around the web. One from You Tube
HERE and a written one HERE

So you do need to make a ROSETTE you can then add the rosette or maybe loads of rosettes to your project. Now your project can be a card a LO some altered art - you decide

Some ideas for you.......

2 Christmas Cards using the Die

A Birthday card - the rosette is made by 'hand'

1/2 a rosette also made by 'hand'

So PLEASE do not leave me all alone hosting challenge and looking a right numpty - Ok so I can do that so well anyway   but it would be great to see you all playing

Yes cut it after folding

If you have a scallop border punch that works well just score at each scallop and you have a decorative edge

I made a LO a couple of weeks ago using that Tim Holtz die. Will try to post pics soon and even do another LO or card.

Here's my rosette. Thank you for the challenge Sue. I enjoyed making this. I shall be making some more of these. They will be lovely on tags for presents, on top of boxes or post-it note pads.

I didn't use a die for this one; I marked it with a bone folder whilst it was on my cutting board so that I got the measurements the same and then it was manual folding.

I did this one using a scalloped die.
