can anyone help me with this please.. ive recently installed a mozilla firefox udate as getting into my hotmail was getting difficult and it said i needed to do it to read my emails.. but since doing it my computor is slow and takes ages ...
how do i uninstall the update ? ive done a restore and that just would nt bring up the browser at all , send it had encountered a problem so ive had to put undo the restore...
hope you can help

I am really sorry but I dont know what to suggest if the restore didnt work, if you cannot sort it there is a forum called 'geeks to go' and they are really helpful and will do their best to sort your problems out....I might be going on there myself.

If the update was Firefox 3 then this is faster than 2 so don't think the update is the problem, but sorry don't know what's causing the slowdown.

I have not had a problem with my Firefox and my hotmail and so it might be something else that added all together makes a problem. Often different combinations of programmes are the fault and not the ones you think have caused it.
I thought Mozilla had a forum and maybe they could help?
