I recently purchased the new SU bird punch from Lisa - I have finally got to sit down and have a play. I took inspiration from This Blog entry
Mine is not a patch on their fabulous card but she at least got me inspired to get going.
I have used 'cosmic shimmer' for the bird/branch, it was from a sheet I had previous made and used on somthing else. I added a frame using a nestie - used the same nestie for the main base card.

That is really pretty, Carole. The bird reminds me of the birds my Papa used to draw for me/teach me to draw when I was a tiny little girl.

It is a gorgeous punch and it is one of the new shapes so although it is big it folds nice and flat for storage.

Thank you for your kind words  Can certainly vouch for the easy storage - it also cuts beautifully.

It is a very smooth and easy cut - Kath its even easier than the black style punches as it has more leverage.
