Did try looking for where you sourced them but no joy - really must give this grunge paper a go, your very talented and inspirational :)

How are you trying to add your image?
Have you tried this way?
right click on your image in your blog
go to location and highlight it
right click and copy
go to the new post in the forum
paste
while it is still highlited click on Img
this will put [img] before and after the link
